I have a meeting on Monday with the shirt designer. This means that there will be two more days for the last minute sign ups.

Hey Rich,

I had to miss Bridgeport to be at my son's first game ever (which was awesome!), so my wife said I could go to Beltane.  Is there room for me?  If so I can pay today.

Thanx

Thanx Rich!   3x or 2x whatever you have most of, I usually tear off the sleeves anyway.   Grin

Please show up around 8 to help set up.

The cabers we will be using (except the woman's) will be for sale by JD and J Caber Co.

If you are interested in purchasing one, please make arrangements for pick up after the games. Some local delivery may be available.

To quote a famous boat skipper, we're gonna need a bigger caber.......

Fortunately, we have them. Just a reminder, if anyone wants one, or two, let me know asap, and we'll make sure we're sufficiently stocked Sunday. $50 is a pretty good price, and if you're on the way, we'll drop it off.

To the best of my knowledge, they don't have a problem with dogs.

Well the event is shaping up nicely. I ordered the shirts last week and the awards today. JD&J Cabers will be there. I will need some help setting up. I'd like to set up Saturday evening around 4 or 5 depending on the weather.

Once we're done, if anyone wants to go get something to eat we could do that as well. If you can help set up great, if you just want to meet afterwards for food and an beverage or two, that's great too.

Because I'm not local to the Akron area, would someone please pick out a local place to eat and perhaps enjoy a beverage or two?
