Here is a link to the parking and shuttle maps

http://dublinirishfestival.org/parking-shuttles/3

This is a map of the festival. We are down at the bottom of the map in the Tansky Toyota field just off of post rd.
(if it is to small to read the map right click it and open it in it's own window or save it and then open it.)

Right were the field is there is a concrete area where athletes can drop off there equipment and anything else and then go park your car.

My parking suggestion is the emerald parkway parking lot, there is less of a trek from there back to the field.

Start time for the competition is 3pm Please arrive by 2 pm to help setup some opf the equipment, sign waivers, get your t-shirts etc. so we will be ready to start at 3pm. We have to be off of the field by 10pm. It will be tight but I thik we can pull it off.3

Here is the actual address of the festival for you GPS folks:

5200 Emerald Parkway
Dublin, Ohio 43017

Any other questions just shoot them out there.

If you can't see the map you will need to log in to the forum.

I will have to do a count on the tickets that I have, and get back to you.

Any word on admission for families of competitors?

Alright, in the past... if the athlete stays on the field after dropping his/her gear and someone with them parks the vehicle. I could get one more person in. I have enough passes for all the participants and the field help. These will be first come first served, if you want to get at least one person in for free be early!!

Also if you bring your family, in the past they have let us set up tents at the field and we have not had a problem with getting the whole family in that area without an admission charge. NO GUARANTEES on that though.

No pressure, Brian. Just wanted to bring it up so that everyone knew what to expect. In other words, we need to be ready to pay admission for our families.

one more thing I do have some parking passes available there is a limited number so they will be first come first serve but you can pick them up when you drop off the equipment

Parking is not free.... You can ride a shuttle over from the hotel if you wish... That is free... I think parking is like $5... Dave this is a HUGE festival....you will get the idea once you get into town... Rich can tell you... It is big
